At the end of 2008 in Bucharest (Romania), by the combination of Metallurgica Abruzzese (main European manufacturer of fences) and Menatwork Est Prefabricate (major national supplier of construction materials), a new company was founded: METALURGICA CAVATORTA, manufacturing and distributing metal nets and wires for fences and enclosing properties.
Technical studies and design, rigorous selection and control of raw materials, strict monitoring of production and quality control ensure the quality and resistance parameters, imposed by the multiple uses - residential, industrial, agricultural, sports etc.
sc CARSON EST srl, 2007
Founded in early 2008 in Bucharest (Romania), as a result of the combination of experience held by Carson manufacturer in Italy and Menatwork Est Prefabricate in Romania, Carson Est Ltd. targets to manufacture metal structures for raised access floors systems.
The manufacturing process started in January 2009, after the final technological stages of investment, installation and assembly of automated equipment, arranging the production hall and logistics space.

Founded in 2007 in Bucharest (Romania), Galileo has as main object of activity finding new products and identifying potential markets for the significant development of its own business, but also the partners business, so as to become a complex entrepreneurial centre.
Based on the sales policy and development strategy, the import-export activities are designed to be conducted in the areas related to:

Its mission is expanding both in the area of promoting Menatwork's products and services on foreign markets, as well as in the area of discovering new horizons for business development.

The establishment of QUATTRO PAVIMENTI TECHNICE Ltd. in 2005 in Bucharest (Romania), represented the start of the activity of the first specialized company in the production of raised access floors (or floating floors) in South Eastern Europe. Originally used for offices and technical spaces, Quattro raised access floors (or floating floors), due to a continuous promotion, have expanded the purpose of use in shopping malls, showrooms, conference halls and public buildings with specific cabling requirements.

In 2004, the company PROMETAL Ltd. is founded in Bucharest, the first company in Romania to produce modular metal ceilings and metal finishing, interior and exterior. The combination of experiences held by PROMET (Vicenza, Italy) -the leader manufacturer of modular ceilings on the Italian market- and Menatwork Est Prefabricate (Bucharest, Romania) - major supplier of construction materials on the Romanian market, led to the establishment of this new society.

MENATWORK CONSTRUCT has been established in 2004 in Bucharest, in order to capitalize on the advantage of its own production and the supply of finishing materials of Menatwork Group, in the area of interior and exterior work for civil and industrial buildings.
Among the specialized firms, the name of MENATWORK CONSTRUCT has imposed itself due to the quality of the performances and meeting the needs of customers with quality products, lasting materials, specialized personnel, performance equipment and machinery.

SVELT PROFESSIONAL Srl was founded in 2004 and designed to function in the area of big organized distributions, its main object of activity SVELT PROFESIONAL seeks marketing the range of the stairs and scaffolding products SVELT ITALY.
sc LOGGIA INDUSTRIA VOPSELEI srl, 2002
Founded in 2002 in Bucharest, LOGGIA INDUSTRIA VOPSELEI Srl operates in one of the most competitive branches from the construction industry, namely the production of decorative paints and plasters.
As a result of the investment made in the productive area, the company now has advanced equipment and qualified staffs that ensure order satisfaction on time and in maximum quality conditions.
sc ALMA LUX LIGHTING srl, 2002
ALMA LUX LIGHTING was established in 2002 and became the second Romanian producer of lighting fixtures, materials and electric equipment for systems designed to reduce energy consumption in lighting.
The activity developed until the present days transformed ALMA LUX LIGHTING into an important supplier for commercial, office, architectural, street and industrial lighting.
By diversifying its activity sectors, ALMA LUX LIGHTING became a society complexly developed, regarding both the manufactured products and the offered services, becoming one of the main national producers, that is able to satisfy almost all lighting applications.
In the context of diversification of supply, the company implemented successively, major investment programs in the productive sector, which have resulted in:
- installation for coating with polyester powder in electrostatic field;
- robot with two arms for cabling, checking and testing each body for fluorescent lighting;
- steel cutting line.
sc METAL WORK INDUSTRY srl, 1994
MENATWORK & ADP Ltd., established in 1994 in Bucharest, dedicated to the production of metal profiles and accessories for gypsum board structures and modular ceilings, was transformed in 2004 in METAL WORK INDUSTRY SRL.
METALWORK has contributed to the formation of the Romanian specialized market, becoming the biggest centre for metal processing and an agreed partner for LAFARGE, RIGIPS AND KNAUF.
Beside the current production activity, proceeded at the level of international standard and conform with the quality management system ISO 9001, the research and development department was established, which determined the creation of new products, such as: support and trellising vineyard systems & fencing systems.
